Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
